Wild Rift Ornn is a tank with the unique ability to purchase items while away from base. He can also upgrade his allies fully built items, thereby having incredible late game potential. Although he has yet to release, by using previous knowledge of his kit from League of Legends alongside the item meta from Wild Rift, a general build can be created for the champion.
Without much further ado, here is a Wild Rift Ornn build, going over the potential best items, ability upgrades, and runes for the upcoming new champion.

Patch 4.2 Preview – League of Legends: Wild Rift
Ornn is a pure tank, similar to Rammus. Therefore the best way to build him is to simply stack defensive items which allow him to survive as long as possible during a team fight. By remaining alive, serving as a meat shield for his allies, Wild Rift Ornn provides great utility.
The runes for Wild Rift Ornn are that of a rather standard tank. Taking Grasp of the Undying is a great keystone for those wanting to opt for short trades, while attempting to scale into a larger behemoth during the mid to late stages of the game.
As for the rest, they’re mostly optimized to help provide more lane utility — especially Demolish, which drastically increase Ornn’s split push power.
For level 1, take Vulcanic Rupture (1) since it’s a great ranged tool which also slows — thereby making it excellent for managing the wave. Then take Bellows Breath (2) level 2, since it’s a great area of effect damage dealer. When used effectively, Bellows Breath deals great damage and makes for a handy tool for trading.
Then take Searching Charge (3) level three, and prioritize upgrading Bellows Breath since it’s Ornn’s main source of damage.
