Fear not, Braum build is here! The mustachioed muscleman support utilizes his massive whopping shield, to protect his allies from threats. In order to do so, he needs to build tanky. Here are two different build paths to help players build Braum as the massive tank that he is meant to be.
This build works phenomenally with Braum. Note the number of armor items. Not building armor against an AD heavy team is a sin on Braum. His muscles harden further with armor, making him a beefy boi. Be sure to stack armor items, but do note that mixing and matching magic resist and armor will become necessary if the enemy team has a mix of damage as well.

As noted above, be sure to mix and match items if the enemy team has hybrid damage on their team. But note that the first three items: protector’s vow, Zeke’s, and locket, are all the same. This does not mean that these must ALL be built at the same time, but building these will without a doubt almost always work.
When in doubt, build the first three core items. They are indisputably the best tank support items in the game and then go from there.

Aftershock works great with Braum’s knock up ultimate and his passive. As a crowd control heavy champion, build aftershock to help stack the effects of lockdowns. For the secondary runes, be sure to choose runes that help synergize with allies, as Braum’s playstyle is very reliant on being next to an allied champion.
Almost every Braum should take flash. Take the summoner spell to close in the gap between targets, and maximize chase potential. The spell can also be used to be more mobile in a team fight to protect carries.
For the second spell, take ignite or exhaust. Take heal only if the allied ADC insists on taking barrier.

Cheap and affordable, protector’s vow works wonderfully with Braum’s kit. As Braum serves to protect allies, protector’s vow helps do just that. Tanking a little damage alongside giving some movement speed, Protector’s vow is a must buy on Braum.

Zeke’s convergence is another cheap support item that Braum should build. This synergizes perfectly with his knock-up ultimate, providing a massive slow around the area of effect and buffing an ally champion. The item helps decimate in teamfights, and gives the extra power and crowd control needed to make Braum one of the best tank supports in the game.
Braum is here! Be sure to build him tanky, or his muscles will become squishy. And nobody likes a squishy braum.
