What is the Wild Rift Soul Fighter event release date?

Riot Games recently teased the Runeterra wide event: Soul Fighter. This brand new event debuts in Wild Rift, League of Legends, TFT, and Legends of Runeterra, and celebrates the fighting game genre. But what is the Wild Rift Soul Fighter release date?

Since the event begins at the same time for all of Riot Games’ entries, the Wild Rift Soul Fighter event begins on July 20. This is the same date as Wild Rift Nilah’s release, and the day after Wild Rift patch 4.3 begins. Needless to say, it’s sure to be a festive time.

The event marks the debut of some skins as well. These skins are Soul Fighter Xin Zhao, Soul Fighter Nilah, Soul Fighter Irelia, Soul Fighter Draven, and Soul Fighter Yasuo. It appears the Wild Rift Soul Fighter skin line is exclusive to the mobile game, with League of Legends having their own skins.

As of now, there is no gameplay footage or teaser of the skins. Their prices haven’t been revealed either.

In addition, there seems to be a brand new game mode headed to Wild Rift: Tag Duel. In this game mode, players will have the opportunity to choose three champions, and participate in a 1v1 against their opponent. Whoever acquires four kills first wins.

As of now, only a small teaser for the brand new game mode revealed during the Soul Fighter trailer. Expect some fun brawls during the Wild Rift Soul Fighter event!
