According to the official Wild Rift website, the release date for Patch 4.4 is on October 25 at 00:01 UTC. Make sure to convert the time zone appropriately. Unless Riot undergoes some issues lauching the patch, the release date and time should not change.

Though there are new champions coming in, don’t expect them to launch simultaneously alongside Wild Rift Patch 4.4. They typically release champions throughout the micro patches. But do expect the biggest changes regarding gameplay to be implemented on the patch day.
