League Of Legends Wild Rift Patch 4.0

Before the year come to a close, League Of Legends Wild Rift announced its latest update to bring in the new year. League Of Legends Wild Rift Patch 4.0 will be bringing in two new champions, new skins, and much more. Here is what’s included in the newest patch notes when it comes on January 12, 2023

New Champions

• Zoe, the Aspect of Twilight
• Zeri, the Spark of Zaun

Gameplay Changes

• Inhibitors will now have a respawn time to avoid one-sided teams.
• In the late game, towers will begin to burn and eventually collapse.

Tank Changes

The League Of Legends Wilf Rift Patch 4.0 will bring changes to tank items:

• Dawnshroud: When you immobilize a champion, Dawnshroud’s passive will damage and reveal nearby enemy champs. This effect will also trigger if you are immobilized.
• Randuin’s Omen: When hit by a critical strike, tanks will gain stacks. Attack a champion to consume the stacks and heal based on the damage that was taken.
• Frozen Heart: Basic attacks and magic damage caused by players, or inflicted upon nearby friendlies, or the player will apply stacks of Chill to the enemy champion for 5 seconds. Each stack of Chill slows enemy attack speed by, up to a cap.

All Random Ultra Rapid Fire Mode

ARURFM mode is back allowing gamers to play as completely random champions with low-cooldown abilities. Execute-Smite allows Junglers to choose Smite as usual, but Smite’s effect won’t be active to press. Instead, it’ll become passive instead.

Quality Of Life Changes

• Sub-tiers added to some ARAM titles
• Adding a Role Leaderboard
• At the start of the new ranked season, role scores will be reset. Players will gain a boost for role score gains based on their performance last season.

Ranked

Players can play Ranked games to claim Glorious Crimson Nami from the Season Rewards tab and pick up her Weapon Augment Upgrade from the Ranked Store.

Wild Pass

Wild Rift players can earn Supervillain Graves. Graves’s Ascended skin will be available in the Wild Pass Emporium.

New Events

There will be a Lunar Year event in Wild Rift. There will be Lunar New Year map effects added to the map. These effects will include lanterns and fireworks.
