VALORANT Store to Rotate Available Skins Every 24 Hours

While everyone has been waiting eagerly for the VALORANT Closed Beta launch, people may have missed a very important detail about the store. The gun and knife skins available may not always be available. This is because Riot Games has decided to have a rotating where according to the official site, “Individual skins rotate every 24 hours, so if you see something you like, grab it! There’s no telling when it’ll be back in the rotation.”

[Related: New VALORANT Agent: Raze]

This would be one of the first store types like this and offers an interesting dynamic. Because VALORANT is free, Riot Games, like many other companies, uses things like skins in order to make their money. The skins in CSGO are so popular that betting, trading, buying and even a black market has been started because of it. By offering a rotation of available skins in the store and saying that these skins won’t be back for a while will drive up prices and the need to buy things while they are available. This is an interesting strategy to say the least and one that will be worth watching in the future.
