VALORANT Deadlock Gameplay Revealed

VALORANT has a new Episode coming out soon and with it, a new agent. It has felt like some time since fans were able to play a new agent. Gekko was released all the way back in March or two Acts ago. There have been a few new teasers for this agent but the most recent one revealed the name just after the Codename was revealed as well. The next VALORANT Agent name has been leaked to be Deadlock and now their gameplay has been revealed as well.

VALORANT Deadlock Abilities

There have been plenty of leaks for this character so far. It was also expected that Deadlock would be revealed at VALORANT Masters later in the day. But it looks as though the leaks were too numerous and the VALORANT Devs have now revealed her and her gameplay officially on Twitter.

It looks as if the Cable nickname was correct. This character certainly uses cables in a very interesting way. For starters, there is the ultimate which looks like it could be extremely strong. Potentially a true insta-kill which players will certainly be divided on.

Now it will be interesting to see what else will be revealed. The teases showed Sova going after Deadlock initially. Whether that was to recruit her or hunt her down is not yet known. The lore portion of VALORANT Episode 7 is something that has not been revealed. It seems as though they will be looking to bring her in but she could cause some problems for the squad.

Regardless, Deadlock is here and it will be interesting to see how fans react to seeing her and playing against her in-game.
