There are going to be challenger leagues in nearly every major region of the world. Teams in tier 2 will be able to work they way into challengers and from there, they will be able to play into the top international leagues.

These Ascension tournaments will be the path to playing at the top level. There will still be 10 partnered teams though. These teams will automatically be in the EMEA, Americas and Pacific leagues. Look below to see how these teams will get into these leagues for the foreseeable future.

The idea behind this is very interesting and extremely unique to all of esports and sports. Whether it will work or not will be still up for debate, but it is very novel and worth watching as the years go on.
