The next VALORANT map has finally been leaked. After plenty of teases and a lot of waiting, we know where we are heading next. HEre is a look at the leaked new VALORANT map, Corrode.
The leak for the name of the next VALORANT Map, Corrode, comes from a known leaker.
On Twitter, @ValorLeaks, posted the first official leak.
As you can see, the map looks like it will be in a colder area. Where is still unknown, but it was a “Salt mining town” and the buildings look similar to what we have seen in previous maps. The name suggests, as well, that it is slowly corroding away which means that something is destroying the town.

From what we have seen so far from the official accounts, this map looks like it is going to be a tight one.
Even the leaker has stated that but the small glimpses of the maps make it seem like holding corners and doing so effectively will be the name of the game. There will be agents that should get quite a bit of play time on this map compared to those that are a little more open.
Also, from what we know, the image that is shown as the one to represent the whole map is showing off the B bomb site. This one looks relatively similar to Ascent’s B bomb site as well, which means some strategies from that map may work here as well.
Either way, the main accounts will likely announce this map very soon so we will officially know more in the coming days or even hours.
