A leak of Agent 14 has come from a Russian source and now just about everything is known about the new agent. His name is Yoru and his abilities have also been leaked. Some of the abilities will change the game in a pretty cool way and others will remind players of other agents but with some twists. Here is a look at all of Yoru’s Abilities. This all has been on reddit and luckily the abilities have been translated to some degree by user “kuroi_kaze_“.
Yoru Abilities
Ability 1: Creates stepping sound. Press Fire to send it ahead. Or Pre-place it with Alt-Fire, then press F to send the inactive one ahead.
Ability 2: Flash. Press Fire to throw it, it will pop after contact with a surface.
Ability 3: Press Ability button to place Portal, Press Fire to send Portal ahead, Anchor Portal with Alt-Fire. Press Activate to teleport through the Portal.
Ult: Press Fire to become invisible from enemies and invulnerable.
Yoru’s first ability is probably going to be the most major one for Yoru. The ability to make people believe he is heading in a certain direction can cause teams to rotate or not do so because they have been tricked before. This can be game-changing by winning the mind-game that comes with this ability.
The second ability is similar to Phoenix but it has to hit something. Ability three is also similar to Omen’s but the player does not have to portal right away which could be very helpful and is also similar to Phoenix’s ultimate as people can lay it down as a return point.
Lastly the ultimate seems to be the first true stealth ability but players cannot shoot while in it and it seems as though they cannot be shot while in it. This ability is the one that will need the most clarity once Yoru is officially revealed.
