When is TFT Set 16 on PBE?

The next Set of Teamfight Tactics has been teased and not much is known yet but regardless, it will be arriving soon. All of the excitement for this new and unique Set should have fans buzzing to say the least. Here is a look at the expected TFT Set 16 PBE Release Date.

TFT Set 16 Release Date

The TFT Set 16 PBE Release Date will likely be on November 05, 2025, with Patch 15.8.

As a reminder they have changed how they are naming patches these days. So this will be the 23rd patch of the year. Either way, what matters is that you are still getting patches every two weeks or so. This will be the third and last new Set of 2025 as Set 15, Cyber City has been live since July of 2025.

This will be the third of three Sets this year and you can expect it to last through the beginning of the year and into late March or Early April.

TFT Set 16 New Mechanic

We do not currently know anything about the Set Mechanic for Set 16. It is anticipated that it will be revealed near the end of October at the latest but could be revealed sometime in early October as well.

Riot Games always takes their holiday break right around the end of December so we will have a small period of time without much news or work shown from them. With the PBE expected in the middle of October or early November, it feels like we will hear more about this new Set sometime around then. They are saying it is a Set that will go back into older TFT Lore. So make sure to stay tuned.
