Teamfight Tactics has continued to push the limits of Autochess. It has made new champions and become a game that even old League of Legends players can play. But which Sets have been the best? Here are our Top 5 Best TFT Sets of All Time.
When talking about the Best TFT Sets of All Time we will consider numerous factors, including how enjoyable it was, how it helped the game and other miscellaneous aspects. We will not include Set 15 K.O. Colisseum because it has only recently been released.

This set brought about Hero Augments and Traits. It was something that would be added in different variations throughout the game’s history so far and one that we expect will continue to be used. Along with this, Threats were enjoyable, the units were memorable, and for the most part, they were quick to balance this Set even with all of its intricacies.

Brought us back to Set 1 but with massive improvements. Portals and Legends were added in this Set and while Legends did not stay, Portals did. They are one of the biggest and best additions the game has ever made. They are also something that will likely be in every game moving forward. Legends were also a lot of fun and have led to many different augments and ways that they still build new Sets. This is even though they were not added to future Sets.

Galaxies was one of the first Sets to truly feel like modern TFT. The first two Sets had been okay but the game was already losing some steam after Set 2. Then came Set 3 and Set 3.5 which was quite the major addition. To combat burnout, they added new traits that all worked within the theme of the Set. It was a triumph and a Set that showed the possibilities for the future of what TFT could be—also, going Mech, no pivot.

What a blast of a Set. Remix Rumble was one of the most unique gaming experiences ever, even beyond just TFT. The music in this Set slapped and nothing has come even close to it since its release. The fact that the units and traits were enjoyable and the music matched with it was just an absolute triumph. It made it hard to want to change your comps because you wanted some of the background music going at all times.

This will forever be THE Set that has made TFT the giant that it is today. The addition of Augments fundamentally changed the game for the better and has even been used in other game modes like League of Legends Arena. Add to this that the theme was outstanding and the gameplay brought about so many unit archetypes that we use today. There is little doubt that Gizmos and Gadgets deserves the top spot and likely will keep it throughout the lifetime of the game.
