The League of Legends Season 20 trailer was revealed today on the League of Legends Twitter account. This trailer revealed that changes for the upcoming year for all League of Legends titles and modes will be explained more in-depth “later this week.” The video can be seen below.

In the video, some big news was hinted at for the auto-battler game mode, TFT. This news included hints at what may be coming in Set 3, the game’s launch on mobile and more. However, the trailer did not give an explicit timeline for either of these changes.
Due to the fast-paced updating that TFT has become known for, fans could expect these changes to begin rolling through as early as Q1 or Q2 but may be delayed until the Fall or sometime later in the year.

In addition to the changes coming to League and to TFT, the trailer also hinted at changes coming to Legends of Runeterra in Season 2020. This section was relatively short compared to the rest of the video, only stating that there would be more information on the state of the game’s beta coming next week. If they stay on schedule, Legends of Runeterra should be set to launch it’s Closed Beta sometime in the near future, with the full launch coming “later” in 2020.
It seems, based on the trailer, that more information will be coming on each of these fronts later in the week. Until then, stay tuned for more news and updates here at The Game Haus
