G2 Esports have partnered with nicecactus.gg to create a new TFT talent show called ‘Making the Squad 2.’ In the show, seven contestants will compete in G2’s home turf in Berlin, Germany to compete for a grand prize of $10,000. Here are the details.

Starting November 1 through November 8, TFT fans can enter ‘Making the Squad 2’ by visiting this website to upload their submission for a chance to be one of the seven contestants on the show. Once chosen, contestants will compete against one another in a series of creative challenges to determine which is the most creative, entertaining and has the most perseverance.

The most entertaining and talented TFT player will walk away with a $10,000 grand prize, a trip to an upcoming G2 Esports’ event with paid travel and accommodation, and a chance to secure a spot as one of G2’s official content creators.

This is not the first time G2 has dabbled in this sort of endeavor, as Making the Squad 2 is a second edition of the show which first ran in 2018 featuring talent from Fortnite. G2 Esports CEO Carlos “ocelote” Rodriguez had this to say about the decision to make a second edition of the show with TFT.

“Making The Squad was so successful that we couldn’t wait to start producing the second edition. TFT has an incredibly engaged and passionate community, and since this amazing game came out, we’ve been trying to cater to it as much as possible. Hafu, Thijs, Lothar and other competitors and creators of ours have been able to develop a community around this game and we can’t wait to give them back some value.

It doesn’t matter how big or small you are, we’re looking for the most entertaining and community-driven TFT players out there. Show us what you got!”

Below is a teaser of what fans can expect from the second edition of the show. Be sure to stay tuned to the G2 Esports Twitter account and here at The Game Haus to learn more about the progression of the event.
