Best TFT Items for Camille

Camille is a Hextech and Blademaster champion in Teamfight Tactics. She is also a one cost unit whose ultimate ability allows her to do some damage and have all of other ally champions focus their attacks on that one unit. She brings in new mechanics in multiple ways and allows for players to get Blademasters much earlier than they used to be able to. But, what items are best on her? Let this list be the guide to that answer.

Youmuu’s Ghostblade

With Camille’s ultimate, “Hextech Ultimatum”, focusing one enemy, it is important that it is the right enemy. If not then a player’s units may start attacking a very beefy target and allow backline units to free fire for however long it takes to dispose of that enemy. With Youmuu’s Ghostblade, Camille can jump into the backline and focus a carry. This could really be game-changing as a player may really want to take out that pesky Veigar that has been powering down their units and then focus elsewhere. The added attack damage is also a nice addition to Camille.

Red Buff

If a player has to keep Camille focused on the frontline then they should want her to to be as debilitating as possible. With Red Buff’s burn plus blocking of healing, she can be very useful against the beefier units. With her ultimate making a player’s team focus on the unit she targets, they can hopefully burn them down quickly. What is even better is the lack of healing. So, any units with Warmogs, Bloodthirster, Hextech Gunblade or any other healing will be in dire straights and hard to keep up with the amount of damage pumping into them.

Spear of Shojin

Right now Spear of Shojin is a very easy item to have on most champions. Camille is no different. Giving her some more damage and more importantly mana, this item can make Camille scary especially with some of the other items on this list. Her ult isn’t necessarily very strong as it is likely she will only get it off once. But, if players can level her up and get her another item, Spear of Shojin can be very useful. Allowing Camille to get off her ult a few times and basically target down multiple enemies in a one fight can be very useful. As long as she is positioned correctly, this can make her very dangerous if not killed quickly.

Guinsoo’s Rageblade

Most champions in TFT can be carries in some way shape or form if built well. Guinsoo’s Rageblade is really only useful if a player plans on using Camille as one of their main carry champions. As an item that makes an impact by itself, Guinsoo’s is probably not that item for her. Although pairing it with any of the items discussed in this piece will make it a very useful one. It gives the little extra magic damage for her ultimate but more importantly gives her some major attack speed. If she isn’t targeted right away and is able to stack her Rageblade then Camille will be swinging her sword legs and dealing serious damage while also getting some good focus with her ultimate.

Statikk Shiv

This item is not only good in the current meta but good on many champions that don’t completely rely on their ultimate. Camille, is one of those champions. The more attack speed and extra mana help her charge her ult and deal some damage but the splash damage can make her a lot more useful as well. Like Guinsoo’s this isn’t necessarily her best item or one that should be given to Camille first but it is definitely a strong choice when there aren’t others to be made.
