Starfield is going to be one of the biggest games of the year upon release. There is no doubt that fans are going to be looking forward to playing it as it is the first main IP Bethesda has worked on in some time. People forget sometimes that they were bought by Microsoft as well.
The reason for this was to create games specifically for Xbox users as the console wars have struggled at times to actually be a war. Microsoft has struggled to produce quality titles specifically for Xbox. Because of this Xbox only fans have been waiting for quite some time to feel like their loyalty will payoff.
Can Starfield make that happen?
Xbox Game Pass is generally one of the most popular streaming and subscription platforms in the world. With so many users both on Xbox and PC, it is not hard to see why it has been so successful over the past few years. With a game like Starfield, it is natural for fans to want to see the game on the Pass that they are paying for.
The main game of Starfield, with no added bonuses, will be on Xbox Game Pass on Day 1.
There are rumors that the reason Microsoft got rid of their $1 for the first-month deal was because of Starfield releasing soon.
The main release date is not until September 5 or 6 depending on where one lives. But players who purchased the premium can hop into the highly anticipated game on August 31 or September 1, again depending on where they live.
