Starfield has finally been released for Xbox Series X|S along with PC. When starting your space exploration it helps to maximize the best gameplay experience. A good chunk of gamers out there have Ultrawide monitors in order to do just that. This begs the question of does Starfield have Ultrawide support?

Sadly the Xbox Series X|S version of Starfield does not support Ultrawide gameplay support. However, it may not be the end of the world. Xbox players can still look forward to playing Starfield on Xbox Game Pass for those who are subscribed. Plus if those on Xbox also play on PC, there is some good news.
Unlike its Xbox counterpart, Starfield on PC does support Ultrawide gameplay. After turning it on in the display settings option, the world of Starfield should be displayed in a 21:9 ratio, given you have an Ultrawide monitor of course. This is considered to be a big deal as there are still some games out there that don’t have the option present in their titles.
Playing through Starfield on an average playthrough should take around 30 to 40 hours to complete. The Starfield main quest is about 20% bigger than previous Bethesda games such as Skyrim and Fallout 4 if that gives an idea of how big the RPG is. While blazing through Starfield isn’t something that’s recommended, it certainly is possible to shorten the playthrough time.
