UFC Signs PFL Phenom Kayla Harrison: Will Debut at UFC 300

The UFC officially announced the signing of PFL phenom, Kayla Harrison. Dana White broke the promotion’s monumental news through his personal social media platforms. Harrison, a former two-time PFL champion, has been making waves in the MMA community for quite some time. Her 16-1-0 record, and dominant performances amongst other PFL contenders have solidified her status as one of the best in the sport. It was inevitable that Harrison would be searching for a change in promotion at some point. After the PFL acquired the popular MMA promotion Bellator, the UFC emerged as the most viable option. In addition to this massive signing, White also announced the date of Harrison’s debut, along with her opponent.

Kayla Harrison’s UFC Debut & Opponent:

Kayla Harrison is set to make her UFC debut at UFC 300 in Las Vegas, NV. A card stacked with the highest level of talent just got even more exciting. Her opponent? None other than former UFC Women’s Bantamweight champion, Holly Holm. Holm took reign of the division in 2015, after an iconic head kick knockout of Ronda Rousey, and has been a fan favorite ever since. She’s coming off a bout against Mayra Bueno Silva, which ended in a no contest. Taking on Kayla Harrison in her UFC debut is no easy task, but Holm proved the impossible once before and will be looking to accomplish just that at UFC 300. On the opposing side, Harrison will be preparing for a dominant performance for her first bout inside the UFC octagon.
