
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers plan to re-sign edge rusher Anthony Nelson on a two-year, $11 million deal. ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reported the news.
Nelson, 26, has played four seasons for the Buccaneers to start his career. He has 94 total tackles, 11.5 sacks and 13 tackles for loss in the league. Last season, he had 46 total tackles, 5.5 sacks and four tackles for loss.
The Buccaneers will retain some of their pass-rushing depth with the re-signing of Nelson.
