The Carolina Panthers have added to their offensive line with the signing of center Matt Paradis as first reported by ESPN’s Adam Schefter. The deal will be for three years and $27 million.
Paradis has been with the Broncos for five seasons and has made 57 starts since the 2015 season. He was on the roster as the Broncos won the Super Bowl following the 2015 season.
Carolina has found a replacement for long-term starting center Ryan Kalil. Paradis will be tasked with clearing holes with Christian McCaffrey and protecting Cam Newton, who had a shoulder injury at the end of last season.
