The New York Giants have made a few different moves by agreeing to a deal with free-agent offensive tackle Jermaine Eluemunor and trading for Brian Burns. Ian Rapoport reported both news.
The Giants will sign Eluemunor to a two-year, $14 million deal. He will help improve the offensive line after the Giants already signed Jon Runyan.
Burns was acquired for a second and fifth-round pick. He is signing a five-year deal worth $150 million max. For the deal, $85 million is guaranteed.
In five seasons with the Panthers Burns made two Pro Bowls and registered 46 sacks. The Giants have added to their pass rush across from Kayvon Thibodeaux with the trade for Burns.
