The 2022-23 NFL season has begun a few weeks ago which means so did fantasy football! After getting a taste of the NFL season last week, it is important not to overreact and make risky moves when setting lineups for this week. For the first few weeks, fantasy managers should pay attention to trends that they see from teams that could shape the rest of the season. Here are the fantasy football week 4 quarterback rankings.

After a game against the Buffalo Bills where many thought Tua Tagovailoa was dealing with a concussion, Tagovailoa is on the injury report with both an ankle and a back issue. Tagovailoa’s game status will depend on if he could deal with the pain of the injuries. If Tagovailoa cannot play this week against the Cincinnati Bengals, then Teddy Bridgewater would get the start and will slot in at QB25 between Ryan Tannehill and Baker Mayfield.
Many expect Zach Wilson will return from his meniscus injury and bone bruise this week against the Pittsburgh Steelers. If Wilson was to have a setback and miss this week then Joe Flacco would slot in at QB29 between Jimmy Garoppolo and Davis Mills.
