Backyard Baseball 97′ is being remastered and will be offered on Steam. The Backyard Sports games teamed up with Mega Cat Studios to bring the game back and available on Steam.
Backyard Baseball ’97 was the original version of the Backyard Sports games. The original features of the game will be available. Players can do a pick-up game or play a full season. It will feature updated graphics, mechanics and performance per Mega Cat Studios.
The game will reportedly be available on October 10 for $10. There will be no professionals in this game, as they are just reviving the original game that had now pros. In the future, pros will be in the game.
Through Steam’s leaderboard, players can see how they compare to their friends in the game.
