Sources: Geoometrics Staying with Evil Geniuses

In a report earlier this month, a source told The Game Haus that Canadian and Geoometrics would be leaving Evil Geniuses. The source originally believed that Geoometrics was likely to leave and join Rogue or Dark Zero. Now it seems as though the team and Geoometrics have come to an agreement, as this same source has told The Game Haus that Geo will be coming back to Evil Geniuses.

Many were wondering with the loss of Canadian, who would be the Captain or in-game leader for EG? It looks as though Geoometrics may be staying to help provide that for the team as they prepare for the Pro League to get started soon. Many EG and NA fans will likely rejoice as they are not losing two key members to one of North America’s strongest squads.

Canadian on the other hand has likely left Evil Geniuses as he is no longer on their ESL Page. Also, this photo from a Twitch clip on Reddit makes it seem as though Canadian is at least playing with the rest of Spacestation gaming. In theory, it is still possible that he comes back as Geoometrics has but the same source has said that this is unlikely.

With more roster moves likely before the start of the Pro League it will be interesting to see who replaces Canadian on Evil Geniuses and who Canadian replaces wherever he decides to go.
