We are in an age of gaming where several of our friends play on different platforms. With this in mind figuring out whether a game has crossplay functionality or not can be a deal breaker for some. Rainbow Six Siege has been gaining some traction as of late due to a few influencers on social media. This has caused a spike in popularity for the title causing more people to want to hop on the game. Rainbow Six Siege is currently available on Xbox and PlayStation consoles along with PC. So does this mean Rainbow Six Siege has crossplay support?

Rainbow Six Siege does have crossplay support, but probably not how you think it does. The PC version of Siege does support crossplay functionality, but not with console players. The 5v5 shooter on PC has crossplay capabilities between PC, Stadia, and Luna. This means PC players can only play with those on those systems, but it should be made aware that the Stadia is now discontinued. So in reality, only with Amazon Luna players. PlayStation and Xbox consoles can play with each other though. Much like PC, they can only crossplay with one another.
Players are in luck as Rainbow Six Siege is included with a Game Pass subscription. Not only that but a special edition is included as well. Game Pass subscribers will receive the Deluxe version of Rainbow Six Siege when downloading the Ubisoft title. With this edition, you will get Rainbow Six: Siege (base game), all eight Year 1 Operators, and all eight Year 2 Operators. These are the following Operators that players will receive.
