Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege has seen a surge in player count for the past few months. Players new and old have been flocking towards the to enjoy the 5v5 experience. For those who don’t know. Rainbow Six Siege is a tactical shooter that pits players together in a variety of game modes. The title itself has features such as cosmetics, different operators with skills, a battle pass, events, and more. Given that the game came out on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One on December 1, 2015, it’s still going strong to this day. So just how many people play Rainbow Six Siege?

There isn’t an exact number that can be given, at least for players on consoles. However, an actual number can be given in terms of PC and viewership on streaming sites such as Twitch. This data has been given out from the Active Player website as it lists Rainbow Six Siege’s player count and viewership in the past 30 days. The following people are currently playing Siege and watching the game on Twitch.
At the time of writing, there are currently 60,873 users as of 30 minutes ago. There has been an 89,909 peak player count in 24 hours. Keep in mind that these stats only pertain to users on PC. These numbers don’t even include Xbox or PlayStation players.
The term “dead game” has been going around a lot recently. The term itself is to depict a title that has no player base or in other words has fallen off. Rainbow Six Siege isn’t that type of game by any means necessary. The title itself constantly receives updates to gameplay, operators, and so much more.
