As the lead up to PCS6 continues, scrims are occurring across the globe and rosters. Players are switching teams and trials are happening across the globe. The most chaos at the moment though is occurring in NA. New PUBG rosters are forming and players are moving regions to play in North America. With scrim results and sources words, this is a round u of the past two weeks.
Yaho (ex-Oath) Likely To Sign Fludd
Over the past year, former Fury player Lachlan “Fludd“ Thompson cemented himself as arguably the best player in APAC. He not only top fragged, but IGL’d the team to a grand final finish at PGC 2021. It feels like all truly great Australian players end up playing in NA, now with Fludd likely joining that lineage. According to sources and scrim results Fludd is a near lock to join Yaho, the ex-Oath Gaming core.
Fludd coming in would not be a surprise at all. Australian players playing in NA is not uncommon. TGLTN and luke12 are two examples of great Australian player competition in NA. That is not even mentioning how teams like Three Hundred have played with Australians on their roster. Lastly, the move makes sense for Yaho. If they can bring in arguably the best player in APAC, there is no reason they should not. A move like this would turn them into arguably the best team in North America.
Gascans Likely To Sign Ykikamucoww
When Fury announced that their PGC finalist roster was disbanding, that left many fans to wonder the players’ next steps would be. After a few weeks, Nathan “Ykikamucoww“ Lynham’s likely destination for the 2022 season is becoming clearer. According to scrims, Ykikamucoww has spent the last week trialing with Gascans.
Any team would be lucky to have Ykikamucoww on it. He is a diversely talented player who can do everything needed of him on the server. If paired with an IGL like Adam and Gregshot and Nicoos, Gascans become one of the biggest threats outside of NA’s big three.
Dignitas Scrimming With H1RUZEN
Thankful for the opportunity to make these guys proud.
The players on this team constantly push and challenge me to be my best self and are quickly becoming my best friends🥳
We're all very excited and motivated to put in the work and earn our spots on top. https://t.co/fF36yJMDnC— HoneyBadger (@JoeHaylock) January 21, 2022
Since the departure of their IGL HoneyBadger, Dignitas have been trialing new players for their roster. Gascans IGL Adam “Adam“ Didiano was considered the favorite to join the team during the start of the offseason. Rumored external issues surrounding the organization seem to have potentially caused a change of plans. Over the past week, the newest addition to that list is former Virtus.Pro coach Ramazan “H1RUZEN“ Valiullin. While he acted as a coach for VP over the last year, he previously played for Unity and acted as a substitute player for VP. The last major tournament he played in was PGI.S with VP after Dmytrii “Perfect1ks“ Dubenyuk suffered visa issues causing him to miss the event. H1RUZEN feels like a solid fit into a roster that most believed needed to play with more structure to reach their full potential. While nothing is concrete,
Ex-EUnited likely returning as The Rumblers
According to available scrim results and sources, the former EUnited roster looks to be returning to their former Rumblers identity. This same roster played under the Rumblers banner during the first half of 2021 before being signed by EUnited ahead of the PCS4 Main event. The return of The Rumblers would mean the return of one of the most iconic unsigned brands in PUBG history. With that seemingly on the horizon, there is plenty for fans to be happy about even if they aren’t signed with an org.
