What level are Pokemon in The Teal Mask DLC?

The Teal Mask DLC for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet is very much catered towards end game. Though players don’t necessarily have to have completed the base game, the base level for Pokemon in the Kitakami region is quite high.

The minimum level of the Pokemon in The Teal Mask DLC largely depends on the players’ Pokemon, but averages at around a minumum of 55. There is level scaling throughout. This means Pokemon will only get stronger the more players progress. Some players have reported finding level 70 Pokemon in the wild. Therefore those unprepared should definitely grind out some levels before headed into the new Pokemon DLC.

This means, even before attempting to catch The Teal Mask DLC exclusive Pokemon, such as Bloodmoon Ursaluna, it’s highly recommended to grind out levels. One great way to grind out levels would be to use Exp Charms, which can be earned as a reward in the Orge Oustin’ Minigame.

As for players with incredibly high leveled Pokemon, they should still be able to enjoy The Teal Mask DLC. After all, as previously mentioned, there is level scaling. One player even mentioned having run into Wild Pokemon as high level as 72.

Pokemon The Teal Mask DLC Cost

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet The Teal Mask DLC is an expansion of the base game of the ninth generation, included as a part of The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero pack. This expansion pack, which also includes Indigo, costs $34.99. Keep in mind, this price is in USD, and doesn’t include sales tax.

Players cannot purchase Teal Mask DLC separately. In essence, they must purchase both Indigo alongside Teal Mask.
