Toxel is an Electric and Poison-type Pokemon introduced in Generation 8. It evolves into Toxtricity at Level 30, with the final form depending on Toxel’s nature.

Is Toxel Good in Competitive?

Toxel is not usually a major competitive Pokemon because it is a baby Pokemon with low base stats. It is mostly used as the first stage of the Toxtricity evolution line.

Toxel’s main value is evolving into Toxtricity, which gains much stronger offensive stats, better move options and important form differences. Toxel can still use moves like Nuzzle to spread paralysis during a casual playthrough.
