We have new Pokemon Legends Z-A news thanks to the latest Pokemon Presents that was shown in July of 2025. We had been expecting some updates for some time now as most of this game has been still behind the curtains. Luckily, more was revealed but there are some things you likely missed.   • Like Legends Arceus and Scarlet & Violet more Pokemon can watch you battle.
    • Not confirmed if they can join in on the action or if it is 1v1 out in the wild
  • BIG Reds Eyed Houndoom confirming Alpha Pokemon are back?
  • Two new characters revealed, Naveen has a Scrafty on their back and both have mega bracelets but your rival does not.
    • Naveen has what looks like the Aegislash symbol on his tie
    • The one in the blue jacket is named Lida
    • Lida has a Staryu on her shirt under her jacket.
  • Lida with the Mega Starmie that is rumored?
  • Naveen with the Scrafty?
  • Floette shown on the MZ Flag and also a buttefly or fairy sybol. In the top left it looks like Chespin and Chikorita.
    • Sigilyph shosn in the bottom right as well.
  • Pictures on the walls show Pyroar and Gogoat
  • The map of Lumiose shows red and blue lines signifying areas that you can go?
  • Looks like you will eat at this hotel and Eternal Flower Floette is along with you.
  • Mable confirmed as new Pokemon Professor and no longer bad?
  • Team Flare symbol but with her colors on the gaming chair behind her?
  • White Rotom iPad like device shown for the first time. Maybe this is a new Pokedex?
  • Shops shown for the first time in detail and customization as well.
  • You Pokemon run with you.
  • You can hide behind obstacles so you don’t get hurt during the battles?
  • Dandy Trim Furfrou shown.
  • New gang revealed?
  • Similar symbol as on the tie shown in the new leaders office?

  • Urbain or Taunie confrimed to join you at the start as rival
  • Roselia on the tea pot
  • Froakie on the flag behind them as well.
  • A blue light at 54 second in the second trailer behind the Z-A Royale Area
    • Looks to have a card of some sort that is floating with Lumiose Tower on it.
  • The wall around Lumiose tower still there.
  • Delivery services and a sort of night watchman confirmed?
  • Mawile shown
  • You can see outside of the city and it looks like countryside.
  • Why the C+ only on Psybeam and Confuse Ray?
  • New markers on the map
    • Yellow one looks to be where you need to go
    • Blue one is maybe a new quest?
  • Mawile in Zone 9
    • There is research you can do in each of the Wild Zones like in Arceus
  • Numel shown for the first time
  • You can see how many Pokemon a trainer has at the top when battling them.
  • You can run around or lock in while fighting. Run around with the – button.
  • You can fly to the zone, cafe or Pokemon center.
  • The green flag is a point that you set on the map?
  • Two guys in Yellow and Blue standing around a sign with a yellow and blue lightening bolt.
  • Corbeau revealed
    • Boss of the Rusy Syndicate (acts as a Gym leader of sorts?)
  • Corbeau’s body guard has a mega stone while the rest of his lackies do not
  • Overqwil shown
    • Hisuian Pokemon confirmed?
  • No voice acting confirmed as well?
  • Money confirmed in game to use for the many character customizations.
  • Furfrou Diamond Trim shown
  • Tropical by Quasartico Inc
  • Mirte does the Furfrou cuts
    • Heart, Star, Debutante, Matron confirmed as well
  • Picture mode with emotes confirmed
  • Florges fountain showns as well
  • Emma will be a part of the dective work storyline

    • Most are TMs but Exp. Candies shown as well
  • TMs have Category, Power and Cooldown Times
