Pokemon Gen 10 Leak Points to a Major Graphics Leap

Publish Date: January 26, 2026

This Gen 10 leak is exactly what Pokemon fans have been hoping Gen 10 could be. This comes from one of the biggest leakers in the gaming scene, insider Nate the Hate, someone who has given a lot of information and a ton of leaks in the past, not just about Pokemon, but Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Directs and more. This includes information on the Pokemon Gen 10 Graphics & reveal date.

Basically, what he is saying right now is that, from conversations he’s had, Gen 10 could be visually pleasing and might be the visual leap that Pokemon fans have been waiting for.

This is coming from Centro, and a lot of people don’t like Centro, so the Hidden Power podcast, who do a great job, are saying basically the same thing.

Why the Graphics Matter

While everybody should be excited about better graphics, it is worth remembering everything with Legends ZA where, sure, the buildings were definitely questionable and there were other aspects of it, but it did feel like the Pokémon themselves actually took a pretty big leap forward.

And with the power of the Nintendo Switch 2, this is going to be at least a big enough leap that people are going to stop worrying so much about the graphics. It is an important part of gaming.

And with, you know, Beast of Reincarnation coming out, another thing from Game Freak that looked visually very good, if you watched the Xbox dev, uh, developer update that they did just last week, you’re probably hoping that Pokemon is going to do the same. But it doesn’t seem like those games are going to be comparable. It still seems like they like the cartoony style, the less realistic ones, so it feels like that’s pretty much always what they’re going to do.

But, as they say here, it’s not necessarily going to be the most demanding Nintendo Switch 2 game, but it is going to be a leap. And that is a really important aspect of this.

Reported Reveal Window: February (Pokémon Day)

Along with that, heading back to the Centro leak, this is going to be revealed in February. The big thing again here is that it’s going to be revealed to us in February. Obviously, that’s going to be on Pokémon Day.

A lot of people expected that, but they weren’t really sure. They’ve been showing a lot of things already, you know, ahead of the 30th anniversary, and it’s been making people wonder: how big are they going to go with this Pokemon Presents? How much are they going to show?

They’re getting the LEGO stuff out of the way. They’re getting the Secret Lab stuff out of the way. What are these new collaborations going to look like? Or is it just going to be big hitters like Ash coming back, maybe, or who knows, some other big game that people haven’t been anticipating, plus Gen 10?

It feels like that’s what they are setting up for, and it’s something that many people are extremely excited about as Pokémon Day gets closer. We’re about a month away from Pokémon Day, and it just feels like there’s going to be a lot more to come out, especially since they’ve been saying that this is the 30th anniversary—the year of Pokemon, where they’ve already been doing all these announcements.

And so, there’s no doubt that we’re going to get more. There is a strong feeling that Pokemon Champions will be coming out relatively soon. Then we’ve got Poctopia. So there’s just a lot of Pokémon that we are going to be getting in a very short period of time.

The Big Picture

There is hope that this Presents is going to be everything that people have been hoping for. Regardless of any other opinions, it is clear that Pokemon is going all-in for the 30th anniversary, and it will be exciting to see what new things they have in store for everyone.
