Plusle is a small Electric-type Pokemon that cheers for its allies by making sparks from its body. It is known as the Cheering Pokemon and is closely associated with Minun, its counterpart in the National Pokedex.
Plusle is usually used as a fast support Electric-type rather than a bulky attacker. It has useful team moves such as Encore, Thunder Wave, Helping Hand and Baton Pass, plus Special Attack boosting options like Nasty Plot. Its low bulk and Ground weakness mean it needs careful positioning, especially in singles, but it can support partner Pokemon well in doubles.
