Morpeko Description

Morpeko is a dual Electric and Dark-type Pokemon introduced in Generation 8. It has two battle forms: Full Belly Mode and Hangry Mode. Hunger Switch changes Morpeko between these forms at the end of each turn, while Aura Wheel changes from Electric-type in Full Belly Mode to Dark-type in Hangry Mode.

Competitive Overview

Is Morpeko Good in Competitive?

Morpeko can be useful as a fast offensive utility Pokemon thanks to its unique Electric and Dark typing, solid Attack and Speed, and moves such as Aura Wheel, Parting Shot and Crunch.

Morpeko’s main limitations are its modest defenses and reliance on careful positioning. It works best when it can pivot, pressure weakened targets and use Hunger Switch without being forced into unfavorable matchups.
