Meganium is the final evolution of Chikorita and Bayleef. It is a Grass-type Pokemon known for its flower-like design, calming aroma, strong defenses and access to useful support moves across the Pokemon series.
Competitive Overview
Meganium is generally more defensive and supportive than many other starter Pokemon. It can use moves like Synthesis, Reflect, Light Screen, Leech Seed and strong Grass attacks to help teams survive longer and pressure Water, Ground and Rock-type Pokemon.
Meganium’s biggest strengths are its balanced bulk, support movepool and Mega Evolution in newer coverage. Its biggest issue is that pure Grass typing leaves it weak to Fire, Ice, Poison, Flying and Bug-type attacks.
Featured Competitive Build

Meganium is a bulky special attacker in Pokemon Champions that can use Mega Meganium, Mega Sol and strong Grass coverage to pressure teams while staying difficult to remove.
This build uses Meganium’s special attacking pressure, defensive value and Mega Evolution to create a strong offensive support option for competitive teams.
