Loudred Description

Loudred is the middle evolution of Whismur and the pre-evolution of Exploud. It is a Normal-type Pokemon known for powerful sound-based attacks, sturdy HP and a noisy battle style across the Pokemon series.

Competitive Overview

Is Loudred Good in Competitive?

Loudred is usually a niche competitive Pokemon, but it can still use sound-based moves, Normal-type attacks and Eviolite support in formats where middle evolutions are allowed.

Loudred’s biggest strengths are its decent HP, access to moves like Hyper Voice and Uproar, and the ability Soundproof. Its biggest issue is that Exploud normally outclasses it as a fully evolved attacker.
