Lileep Description

Lileep is an ancient fossil Pokemon that resembles a sea lily. It uses its tentacles to catch prey and is usually restored from the Root Fossil in games where fossil restoration is available.

Competitive Overview

Is Lileep Good in Competitive?

Lileep is mostly used in lower-power formats because it is an unevolved fossil Pokemon with modest offensive stats. Its Rock and Grass typing gives it an unusual defensive profile and access to support options.

Lileep is usually strongest with defensive utility, recovery and special attacks before evolving into Cradily. In standard play, Cradily is usually preferred because it has better bulk and stronger overall stats.
