

Pokémon Champions introduces a much more streamlined system for roster building and, and that includes how you handle Natures. If you are looking to optimize your Pokémon quickly, swapping natures is a key part of that process, but it will cost you VP.

In Pokémon Champions, you can swap a Pokémon’s nature directly through the team-building interface. To change a Nature:
The system is designed to let you adjust builds quickly without leaving the menu.

Changing a Nature is not completely free. Based on early access impressions, including Wolfe Glick’s review, swapping a Nature costs 500 VP per change.
VP is expected to be the main in-game currency tied to customization and acquiring new Pokémon, so you will want to spend it carefully, especially early on.
