Competitive Overview

Is Exeggcute Good in Competitive?

Exeggcute is usually a niche competitive Pokemon, but it can support teams with sleep, status, screens and Grass or Psychic-type attacks. It is most often valued before evolution in limited formats or as part of an evolution line that leads to Exeggutor.

Exeggcute’s biggest strengths are access to moves like Sleep Powder, Leech Seed, Psychic, Giga Drain and Reflect, along with abilities such as Chlorophyll and Harvest. Its biggest issues are its low Speed, multiple weaknesses and especially dangerous Bug-type weakness.
