Cradily Description

Cradily is the evolved form of Lileep and an ancient fossil Pokemon with a sturdy body and extendable tentacles. It is often obtained by evolving Lileep after restoring or transferring the Root Fossil line.

Competitive Overview

Is Cradily Good in Competitive?

Cradily can be a useful defensive Pokemon because of its bulk, recovery options and unusual Rock and Grass typing. Storm Drain can also give it extra value against Water-type attacks in formats where that ability is available.

Cradily is usually best as a bulky support or defensive special attacker. Its main issues are its weaknesses to common Fighting, Bug, Steel and Ice coverage, along with its low Speed.
