Chimchar is a small Fire-type Pokemon with a flame on its tail. It is the first stage of the Sinnoh Fire starter line and evolves into Monferno, then Infernape.

Chimchar’s abilities support its role as an offensive Fire-type starter Pokemon, either powering up Fire moves or improving punching moves when its hidden ability is available.
