Arrokuda Description

Arrokuda is a small Water-type Pokemon introduced in Generation 8. It attacks by charging forward with its hard, pointed jaw and later evolves into the much faster Barraskewda.

Competitive Overview

Is Arrokuda Good in Competitive?

Arrokuda is usually more important as the first stage of Barraskewda than as a final competitive Pokemon. It can still use its Speed, Water-type moves and Swift Swim ability in early-game or lower-power formats.

Arrokuda’s biggest strengths are its Speed, Water typing and access to priority or rain-supported Water moves. Its biggest issues are low bulk and limited power before evolving.
