New leaks of potential Mega Evolutions have emerged along with new claims of when the Datamines could happen.

Below is a look at many of the different Pokemon Legends Z-A Leaks that have been confirmed and ones that seem credible. There may be more, especially as we get closer to the release of the game.
So far there are no Datamine Leaks of the release version of Pokemon Legends Z-A. This will be changing very soon so make sure to check back for updates.
Multiple sources have reported that Pokémon Legends Z-A will include 26 brand-new Mega Evolutions. This massive return of the Mega mechanic has fans thrilled. The list reportedly includes both Kanto and Kalos Pokémon, along with some long-forgotten favorites.
Mega Dragonite has officially been shown through pre-release previews. The design gives Dragonite a more serpentine look inspired by Dragonair, complete with head wings and a glowing pearl tail.

Leaked marketing materials in Asia confirmed Mega Victreebel, which retains its Grass and Poison typing. The design leans into its carnivorous nature with vine-based appendages.

The first DLC, Mega Dimension, has been announced and will add even more Mega Evolutions to the game. Notably, Raichu will receive both X and Y forms, making it the third Pokémon to ever have two distinct Mega Evolutions.
Datamined map details and screenshots suggest the game will include a Lumiose City sewer and underground area. Players will reportedly navigate hidden battle arenas and research labs beneath the city.
Leaked character models have shown a redesigned version of Lysandre, the infamous leader of Team Flare from Pokémon X and Y. His new appearance suggests he will play a major role once again, possibly connected to the Mega research facilities.

These type swaps have sparked major debates online, though nothing has been confirmed yet.

Another leaker claimed that one Pokémon originally listed in the internal Mega list has since been cut, though the identity of the cut Pokémon remains unknown. Many have thought it was Zerora.

According to extensive Reddit posts, Z-A’s story is set 12 years after Pokémon X and Y. The game follows a new protagonist in Lumiose City, where Mega research and underground battles collide. The player’s journey from “Z to A” represents their rise in status through the Mega program — with a rumored wish-granting mechanic at the end of the story.
