A couple of weeks ago, Pokemon Unite developers released an image teasing the release of more playable pokemon. These playable pokemon move the meta of the game forward. Adding different picks that players can utilize to build different team compositions, the new releases very much characterize the game’s progress. With Tsareena, Dragonite, Trevenenant and Aegislash released, only Supporter and Attacker remain. Luckily, Pokemon Unite revealed their newest support, Hoopa!

Hoopa Character Spotlight | Pokémon UNITE
From the video, Hoopa seems incredibly unique. Utilizing its abilities to teleport allies, the pokemon relies heavily on macro plays. In essence, utilizing the map to optimize team play. With an abilitiy to teleport allies to the base and immediately back to lane, alongside a unite move that allows Hoopa’s allies to teleport to its location, Hoopa looks absolutely insane.
Interestingly enough, Hoopa stands as the first mythical pokemon to join Pokemon Unite’s playable cast. Having the ability to summon an unbound version of itself, the psychic/ghost type will without a doubt evolve the meta of the game. The developers are okay adding in a teleporting pokemon. This makes it highly likely the future entries for playable pokemon will be even more wild.
There hasn’t been anything like Hoopa’s mechanics in Pokemon Unite, so it’s really difficult to tell exactly how strong the pokemon will be. Only after players have more time to understand and master the pick will the pokemon’s true strengths truly shine. Hoopa is such a cool supporter that is joining the game. One cannot help but be extremely excited for the newest attacker as well, whatever it may be.

They already basically anounced the Pokemon coming out and it’s easy to tell who is the supporter and who’s attacker. Wobbuffet is obviously the supporter while gallade and blaziken is obviously attackers. Poor click bait article.
The Gallade and Blaziken are from the FAN run pokemon unite page, and they even stated that they aren’t affiliated with Pokemon Unite in a post. In fact, they stated it multiple times as to not cause confusions such as this. In the “vote” post that they made, which showed pictures of the pokemon that I’m assuming is what you’re referring to, they just happened to get some of the right pokemon. But they’re in no way official announcements. According to your logic, then Aegislash shouldn’t have released, and should have been Gallade or Blaziken instead. For the Wobuffet one, leave some proof and maybe I’ll edit the speculated pokemon in.
