There is really only one big change in the mid-game, Chef Dente or the Greedent variant in Pokemon Pokopia.
You will find him in a barrel in Rocky Ridges. Once you have brought him onto your team, you can start cooking. There are a variety of different meals that you can cook. Some of them will fill up your PP completely and others may have different effects. Recipes like Simple Salad, which helps with Leafage PP and Simple Bread which restores Cut PP are crucial in many locations like Rocky Ridges.
Either way, this is the main way you will get PP and not have a need for raw berries and carrots moving forward.

While it can be funny to say PP, it really is extremely important in Pokemon Pokopia.
Without it, you are unable to use the many different abilities that Ditto has available. If you want to Surf or Fly over vast distances, your PP will be something that you will need to monitor.
