How to Get Primarina

To get Primarina, construct the Elegant Concert Habitat in Bubbly Basin. Once the Habitat is complete, Primarina has a rare spawn rate, so it may take some time before it makes its appearance.

To get a Pokemon to show up through a Habitat, you need to construct its Habitat. Once the materials and items are there, generally in at least a 4×4 area, you just need to wait for the grass to rustle or a “shining” effect to confirm the Habitat is completed, and it may appear.
