To get Corsola, construct either the Basin Tall Grass and Coral Habitat or the Coral Congregation Habitat in Bubbly Basin. Once the Habitat is complete, simply wait for Corsola to appear.
To get a Pokemon to show up through a Habitat, you need to construct its Habitat. Once the materials and items are there, generally in at least a 4×4 area, you just need to wait for the grass to rustle or a “shining” effect to confirm the Habitat is completed, and it may appear.
