Honedge can be found in Wild Zone 4 or at Lysandre Lab. You can see both areas on the map.

Where to Find Honedge in Pokemon Legneds Z-A

Depending on when you want Honedge on your journey, you can pick either spot. In Wild Zone 4 it is a much lower level. At Lysandre Lab, you are nearing the endgame and can get it at a much higher level, along with its second evolution, Doublade. Because it is near the end of the game, it is also not accessible until later, so keep that in mind.

How to get Aegislash

The final evolution of Honedge is Aegislash.

In order to get Aegislash, you need to get Honedge up to level 35 to evolve it into Doublade. At that point, you are able to evolve it into Aegislash at any point but you will need a Dusk Stone to do so.

The easiest place to get one early in the game is just to the Southeast of Wild Zone 3. If you are unable to find it there, you can get one at the Stone Emporium but that does cost a good bit of money and is available later in the game.
