Pokemon Legends Z-A Lumiose Map Wild Zone 8
Gible can be found at a relatively lower level. It will be around level 24-25 normally and then if you find an Alpha Gible, that will generally be around level 35 or 36.
This means that you will not have to wait long to get Gible to evolve into Gabite, which they can do at level 24. Just one level up should do the trick for the most part. Then you just need to grind your way up to level 48 to get Garchomp and by then you should be able to go get its Mega Stone. This can be found at the Stone Emporium which is near Wild Zone 1 and Wild Zone 12.
