Bagon can be found in Wild Zone 18. You can see the area on the map.

Sadly, this is the only area where Bagon can be found. At least, from what we have been able to find so far. This should not be a major surprise, considering Bagon is normally an end-game Pokemon anyway. It will be around level 44 or 45, which means that you can quickly evolve it to Shelgon.

How to get Salamence

The final evolution of Bagon is Salamence.

In order to get Salamence, you normally need to level up Bagon to 30 to evolve it into Shelgon. Then you evolve Shelgon at level 50. This will be much easier than in previous games as you will realistically only have to level Bagon once and Shelgon four or five times more to get the Gen 3 pseudo-legendary Dragon Pokemon.

After this, you can use the Mega Stone, Salamencite, to get Mega Salamence. To get it, you will need 360 Mega Shards to give to Quasartico Inc. Headquarters.
