You are able to get Mints in Pokemon Legends Z-A from Street Vendors.

Some will even have flowers that look similar to the mints seen in game. The quickest one we found is by Wild Zone 3. There is an alley that leads to the stall in a building that is directly West of the Wild Zone. You do have to go around the building but should only take a moment.

Then you will look for the different vendors that are there. You can buy different Mints from them. Keep in mind that these mints will cost a pretty penny, so make sure you have been saving up.
